When you are interviewed on a podcast, there is a PAID sponsor .
That sponsor gets a pre-roll, mid roll and end roll to be advertised and marketed during your interview.
With that process, you are left with a recording that is sent to you for you to upload to an app that you have to market to all the different social media platforms.
That takes hours, maybe days of frustration on your part.
Furthermore, the audience hates advertising, no matter the sponsor.
Listeners will change to another podcast that doesn't have advertising.
In reality you really are NOT being featured
It is the SPONSOR who PAID for the on air ADVERTISING who are being featured.
Millions of podcasters follow this pattern.
