Here are two stories from my youth. My first and my last seances. I conducted them both.

I’m really good at pinball — and I should be.

My dad taught me early: flipper timing, angles, targets, and the difference between shaking a machine and a perfectly measured nudge. Pinball isn’t random. It’s skill, patience, and control — and I cringe when I see someone just mashing the buttons.

In this episode, I share stories from stores, arcades, airports, bars, and anywhere a pinball machine happened to be. From learning to “nudge without tilting,” to turning machines over on a single quarter, to the games that proved what my dad taught me was right all along.

This isn’t a history lesson. It’s a lifetime of pinball — learned, tested, and earned.
