  • Is Sobriety the New Self-Care with Karolina Rzadkowolska
    Oct 3 2024

In this week's episode I talk to Karolina Rzadkowolska, an alcohol-free empowerment coach and bestselling author who specialises in helping women change their relationship with alcohol.

After living a pretty normal and standard life of drinking through college, then happy hours after work and drinks with friends on the weekend, Karolina was curious about how else she could feel and started exploring living an alcohol free life.

She found giving up alcohol very empowering and believes transforming your relationship with alcohol is the key to an empowered, fulfilled, purposeful life as it opens the floodgates to creativity, intuition, drive, and self-love.

This conversation is in no way about demonising alcohol, if it's working for you that's great(!) but rather offering a different perspective when it comes to our relationship with alcohol.

  • We Can’t Outrun our Biology™ with Parneet Pal
    Sep 6 2024

In this weeks episode I talk to Parneet Pal, MBBS, MS. Parneet is a Harvard- and Columbia-trained physician-educator who teaches skills and communicates ideas that advance personal, workplace and planetary health. She is a systems thinker, and really views health as something that is in relationship with the systems around us.

As the founder of Systematically Well Advisory Inc., she applies her expertise to enhance health and performance, and its impact on business leadership and planetary wellbeing. She is leading the conversation to make our personal health an asset, not liability in the sustainability transformation.

Overall, her goal is to make you fall in love with your biology, so that it works for you, your work, your communities and the planet.

In this episode we talk about the importance of a holistic approach to health, the shift towards preventative well-being, the need to move away from the siloed thinking of modern medicine and the impact our social environments can have on our well-being, plus so much more.
