À propos de ce contenu audio

Welcome to Kind and Valiant, a podcast intended to provide hope and reassurance for anyone feeling a little lost, hopeless, stuck, uncertain of what to do with their life, or simply wanting to grow one step closer to living their best life! We are beyond excited and super grateful to have you here! With each episode, we hope to provide you with a safe place to feel like you can be your most authentic and goofiest self while learning ways to heal and empower yourself, build better relationships with those around you, and have a good time with us! In this first episode, we specifically talk about who we are and what our intention behind this podcast is, as well as our individual paths towards spirituality and essentially learning how to not give a F*** when it comes to the things that come up in our lives (especially regarding life's minor inconveniences/things outside of our immediate control). We both have a lot of personal and professional experience with various psychological topics/struggles and have lots of wholesome ways in which we have built our friendships (like the road trip we took in this episode), so let this be the start of having you join us in all our shenanigans as you join us for this first ride/episode! For specific topics discussed in this episode, here are the time cards for you to skip to what you want to learn/hear about: 8:15 - our journeys - 9:28 (kindy) - 13: 45 (Val) 18:50 - the world is a reflection of what you feel inside (how to not take things personally) 24:22 - hardest part about manifesting/overcoming mental health 35:26 - enjoying the journey (especially when you are going through it) 36:46. - mindset/psychology behind manifestation 39:19 - the misconception/oversimplification of manifesting 42:10 - confirmation bias 42:30 - the importance of stepping outside your comfort zone 43:09 - the power of belief - stop doubting yourself! 45:26 - its ok to feel the “bad” emotions too/not be “high vibe” all the time 48:08 - its not about the “how” or “when”s but “why” and “what” 49:30 - acceptance, detachment, and gratitude is key 51:20 - the power of happinesss 53:06 - we’re here to love and be loved 55:13 - It all starts with (and is all about) you 56:49 - the purpose of the podcast (for you—because you are not alone) 1:05:47 - we have to do the things we are scared of to grow Thank you so much, again, for being here! Please don't forget to link, share, and subscribe to this channel/video so you don't miss the next one!
