  • Inspecting Where You're Going
    Oct 30 2025

/'In this episode of Sow What, we’re taking a moment to slow down and really inspect where we’re going. It’s so easy to move through life on autopilot. We're doing all the things, but not stopping to see if they’re actually leading us toward purpose and WHO we're wanting to become.

Together, we’ll talk about what it looks like to shift into neutral, take inventory of our daily rhythms, and evaluate whether what we’re sowing today aligns with the kind of life we want to reap tomorrow. This conversation is a simple reminder that what we consume, who we invest in, and how we spend our days all point us somewhere... and it’s up to us to make sure it’s the right direction.

  • The Idolatry of People-Pleasing
    Oct 16 2025

In this episode of the Sow What podcast, I’m getting real about something that has been a huge part of my own journey: the deep desire to please everyone and to be understood by everyone.

For so long, I thought if I could just explain myself better, say things the right way, or keep everyone happy, then maybe I’d finally feel peace. But instead, it left me feeling exhausted… and honestly, disobedient to what God was asking of me.

I'll share part of my story, and practical I've take over the years to find freedom!

  • SEASON 3 PREMIER: After 1,239 Days, We're Back!
    Oct 2 2025

It’s been 1,239 days since my last episode…and it feels so good to say those words again! Welcome to Season 3 of the Sow What podcast.

When I first launched this show back in 2020, the vision was simple: helping people make intentional choices that lead to a life of purpose, rest, and adventure. Three years, a pause, and a lot of life later—that vision hasn’t changed. In fact, it’s grown deeper and more personal.

In this episode, I’m sharing where I’ve been, why this podcast is coming back now, and what it looks like to live out the very heartbeat of Sow What in the everyday moments of marriage, motherhood, leadership, and growth. We’ll talk about the power of pauses, the beauty of intentional rhythms, and why sowing faithfully always leads to a harvest.

So here’s the big question as we step into this new season together: Sow what? What are you choosing to plant in your life today?
