My recent therapy session has me thinking a lot about the challenges of living with an open heart. I talk about what that looks like from a human design and energetic perspective, and how I'm learning to keep my heart soft and open even though it makes me more vulnerable to painful experiences.

Giving all the dirty deets of how I found my way back to dance and started sharing my flow art with the world. I give some background into how dance has always been a desire of my to express and perform, and how a trip to Costa Rica changed everything for me.

2024 gave me so many opportunities to share and express my flow, and ending the year performing on NYE felt like the perfect finale to send me into 2025. Here's to continuing to follow my passion for dance and calling in more opportunities to share it!

I'm spilling all my secrets about the process of discovering that I am a bisexual woman. How a religious upbringing in purity culture effected me and how I came to the truth that I am also sexually attracted to women.

Becoming a part of the queer community has been an incredible and liberating experience for me, and I hope that my story helps others feel less isolated in their queerness! You are not broken, you are perfect exactly as you are, and you can trust yourself to know when it's safe for you to express your fullness!

In this episode I’m getting into the nitty gritty personal details about my experiences that lead to my exit of the LDS/Mormon religion and deconstructing the belief system I was born into. The way my beliefs evolved and shifted, and why I finally decided to create a life that was all my own.

Hearing the voices and stories of others who left the church to carve their unique path is one thing that helped me when I felt I had no one to turn to. I hope to also be a light in that way to others who are forging their own trail in life. Remember: You are the magnet, and you are not alone in your expansion.
