In this weeks episode we're finally talking about racing again, as the cars took to the track in Miami with a full race weekend including a sprint race, most of the teams brought upgrades as they looked to close the gap to Mercedes.

After what seems like an eternity we're Back from the Break, it's finally Race Week and we're heading to Miami, before that though the Social media Stewards catch up on the news and rumours coming out of the paddock, including the updates to the regulations in order to stop the battery issues we've seen in the opening races, and we look ahead to what possible upgrades the teams will be bringing to try and catch the dominant Mercedes.
We also have an added extra this week as we visited the MACH 2026 show in the NEC in Birmingham, looking at the latest and greatest in the precision engineering that brings F1 cars to life.
