- It's not 'stop looking at your phone 2 hours before bed' (ugh).
- It's not meditating.
- You don't need to change your diet or drink special teas.
It's actually really cool and interesting and it's to do with your eye patterns and where you actually LOOK when your eyes are closed at night time.
