Simone is the director of a college access program where she works alongside intelligent, dedicated scholars as they navigate the obstacles of life to be the first in their families to graduate from college. She is also pursuing a Phd in educational leadership. Arthur works as an x-ray tech at a senior clinic where his humour and compassion has won him numerous proposals from his many senior admirers. Art and Simone along with their fearless labradoodle, Ellie, have recently taken up kayaking and hope that learning to paddle in unison won't lead to the end of their marriage.
