      OH HI. It's been a little bit. I dove into attachment theory this episode. What it means to have an anxious attachment style. I wanted to give a little insight on the signs of anxious attachment, how I have transitioned into a more secure attachment, how I cope, what I have learned, and what I won't carry with me anymore.
