      We are vacationing in Blue Ridge, Georgia this week so instead of our normal format we are featuring an extended segment of The Local Flavor. It might seem odd to talk about Georgia in a podcast about living in Sarasota, Florida but proximity to places and activities you love is a big part of choosing where you live. Shelley's customers often have specific reasons for living in Sarasota that involve how close it is to visiting Tampa, Orlando, Miami along with our great state parks! The one thing that Florida lacks is scenic mountain views, which a lot of new residents miss after moving to The Sunshine State. If mountains are what you are looking for, then Georgia is great location!
