    • What we Consume Matters
      Jun 30 2024

Well hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to TODAY’S episode! I am so glad you’re here. Today I discuss how what we consume matters and I’m not just referring to food but in general…

What we consume we absorb into our mind, body, or soul. Most of what we consume is influenced by what we watch, and listen to. Our circle can also influence us in making these decisions which is why it’s so important who we allow to be in our circle, who we allow to have access to us. When we consume certain things, we may not realize how it can shape our thoughts, behaviors, and mindset and have a blindfold on until we fast from it. I give you a challenge that will help you identify if what you consume on a daily basis is benefiting you. I also give you a positive affirmation to help you for the week.

Ensure you listen to the end to get the most benefit from this episode and share it with anyone who might need it. Make sure you become part of the Savvy Time community to not miss any episodes. I hope you enjoy (or enjoyed) and I will talk to you next time…
