 Like most contemporary people stepping outside of mainstream religion and looking for new spiritual ideas that better fit what I felt in my heart, I started with the New Age. However, over time I came to realize that many of these new spiritual ideas are still rooted in the old paradigm they sought to break away from. This podcast exists to challenge these problematic ideas, from the perspective of someone who believes in and practices modern-day spirituality.
