    2022 was a rollercoaster and definitely had many ups and downs. I learned a lot of things last year but the management of fear and stress stands out the most. My goals for 2023 have no limitations for a reason and it's because if I can do better than my goal then I want that potential to be available in my mind. A goal is having a objective with no limitations and those are the type of goals I have in mind for myself.

    I had the most amazing experience in Nairobi and wish I could return. I enjoyed my time there. Super happy I got to meet my new friends and catch up with old friends. I got in some networking too. It is the best place to reset and hope I return soon.
