This is a mini passion project prepared by 2 Slam Dunk fans 😊  

1.) For fun, we broke down the Shohoku vs Sannoh match play-by-play and created a box score based on the info available in the manga series. You can check these info in this Google spreadsheet:

2.) We did a game analysis (starting at 1:17:48) wherein we discussed the following:  

a.) Was Coach Anzai a great coach?
b.) What went right for Shohoku?
c.) Who should be recognized as the Player of the Game?
d.) What went wrong for Sannoh?
e.) Was Shohoku’s win a fluke?
f.) Hypothetically, which team will win in a best-of-7 series?  

Bonus topics:

a.) If we can form a Kanagawa dream team that can win the national championship, which 5 players will we select?
b.) What is the relationship between Sakuragi and Haruko? Do they have a future?
