By definition, Mindfulness is a mental state of control over the ability to concentrate on the experiences, activities, and sensations of the present.

And although they are linked, mindfulness and meditation are not the same thing. On this walk, we'll explore mindfulness meditation and understand how it can add so much to a more present, meaningful life.
