À propos de ce contenu audio
You might recognize Maroon Out by it's trademark t-shirt, but it goes beyond that. With a mission to unite Aggieland with school spirit — and maroon, Texas A&M's beloved tradition has been unifying the 12th man since 1998.
This episode learn about all things Maroon Out, includng the organization's legendary origin story. When founder Kyle Valentine wanted to create a sea of maroon to rival Nebraska's sea of red, it actually caused a national shortage of maroon shirts! In typical Aggie fashion, what started as a one-time event has now grown into a tradition all generations of Ags love to participate in and a year-round organization that now spans multiple sports.
In this episode, Isabella and Tony share their personal journeys with Maroon Out, from selling shirts at campus booths to becoming organizational leaders. Discover how this student-run organization has evolved beyond just t-shirt sales to give back to other campus traditions, including donations to the bonfire remembrance ceremony.
Whether you're a prospective student, current Aggie, or longtime fan, this episode will having you feeling the community that comes from wearing maroon!
Plus, find out how you can participate in the upcoming Maroon Out games, including against South Carolina on November 15th and become part of this special Aggie tradition.
