  • Rock Your Reinvention: The Farewell Episode
    Feb 19 2026

This is the final episode of Rock Your Reinvention and what a journey it’s been!

When I left my corporate career, I didn’t have a perfectly mapped-out corporate exit strategy. I just knew I wanted more. More impact. More freedom. More alignment with who I truly was.

Since leaving corporate, I’ve published two award-winning books, built a coaching and speaking business, been featured in national publications, raised thousands for charities, stepped into nonprofit leadership, invested in real estate, and grown in my faith, family, and purpose. None of that would have happened if I stayed stuck in a demanding 6-figure career that consumed all my time and energy.

If you’re a high-achieving woman considering a career transition or dreaming about entrepreneurship, this is for you. Today, I’m sharing my 3️⃣ final pieces of wisdom! I truly hope it inspires you to make a change.

If you’re ready to start your own reinvention, grab a copy of Grab Life by the Dreams and take the first step.

This may be the final episode but it’s just the beginning of what’s possible for you.

Now go rock your reinvention. You’re ready.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this show and all who listened over the past 2.5 years! God Bless!

  • Why Perseverance Matters More Than Talent When You Leave Corporate (#119)
    Feb 12 2026

If you’re a high-achieving woman who feels called to leave corporate and start a business, this episode is for you. Many women delay their exit because they believe they need one more certification, more confidence, or better skills before becoming an entrepreneur. But the truth is: the most important skill you need to succeed outside of corporate is perseverance.

I break down why perseverance matters more than talent, experience, or credentials when starting a business.

    We explore:

✅ Why setbacks, failed launches, rejection, and self-doubt are not signs you’re doing it wrong, but proof that you’re doing it at all.

✅ What perseverance actually looks like in real life: staying disciplined when motivation fades, learning from setbacks instead of personalizing failure, refusing to take “no” as a final answer, and anchoring back to your why (especially when things get hard).

✅ How to strengthen your ability to persevere by seeking honest feedback, reframing negative self-talk, becoming comfortable with uncertainty, and separating your worth from your results.

Entrepreneurship has no ladder, no performance reviews, and no clear roadmap, which makes perseverance the deciding factor between women who quit and women who succeed.

If you’ve been questioning whether you’re “ready” to leave corporate, this episode will remind you that you already have what it takes. Perseverance beats talent every time, and if you have it, you’re already qualified to build a meaningful, successful business!

  • How to Step Off the Hedonic Treadmill in 2026 (#118)
    Jan 29 2026

Why doesn’t success feel as good as you thought it would? Probably because you’re trapped on the hedonic treadmill, which is leading to less and less career satisfaction!

You worked hard. You achieved the goals. So why do you still feel restless, disconnected, or like something is missing in your life?

In this episode, I break down the hedonic treadmill and hedonic adaptation, the psychological phenomenon that causes happiness from achievements to fade over time. High-achieving women are especially vulnerable, because corporate culture trains you to believe that effort plus achievement equals fulfillment.

    You’ll learn:

✨ Why success often leads to adaptation instead of lasting satisfaction

✨ How hedonic wellbeing (pleasure, comfort, and external validation) differs from eudaimonic wellbeing, the kind of fulfillment rooted in meaning, growth, alignment, and contribution

✨ Why promotions, raises, and titles never fully satisfy you, and what to seek instead

I'll also be sharing some real-life examples from my own career journey and client work, and invite you to reflect on the hidden drivers keeping you stuck chasing “what’s next.” You’ll be challenged to identify the hedonic rewards in your life and explore how to replace them with more meaningful, values-aligned pursuits.

If you’ve ever thought, “I should be happy… so why am I not?” this episode will help you see your career (and your dissatisfaction) through a powerful new lens.
