Rich "Raz" Razgaitis is a visionary entrepreneur and CEO with a proven track record of driving transformative growth across consumer goods, hardware, and tech sectors. Fueled by a personal health revolution focused on clean drinking water and a deep commitment to sustainability, Raz co-founded FloWater in 2013 and has since led the company as CEO, championing its mission to provide clean, trustworthy drinking water for all. Starting his career at J&J and Eli Lilly, Raz went on to lead several companies, notably growing Univera from $35 million to $100 million annually, revitalizing a 50-year-old CPG company, and successfully incubating and guiding two tech companies to exits. Recognized as EY's Entrepreneur of the Year for the Mountain West, Raz is also a sought-after keynote and TEDx speaker. Originally from the Midwest, he now resides in Denver, enjoying outdoor adventures with his daughters, Royce and Zoe.
