I feel the tiredness that has settled in. Not just physically, but within my thoughts—where everything begins to slow under the weight of what I’ve been carrying. I feel that. But I do not stay in this place. I come to You. I place this weariness into Your hands. I release what has drained me. I release the pressure to keep pushing when I have no strength left. I release. And now, I receive. I receive Your renewing strength. I receive the rest that restores me. I receive the calm that steadies my mind. I receive. You are not asking me to strive harder. You are inviting me to rest deeper. So I allow this moment to become still. I allow my thoughts to settle. I allow my heart to return to quiet trust. You renew me. Not from the outside, but from within. Strength begins to rise again—not forced, not rushed—but steady and real. Even here, I am not overwhelmed. The thoughts, the questions, the unknowns that try to take hold. I feel that. But I do not stand in it. I come to You. Be my refuge. Not just in words, but in reality. Let me dwell in the place where I am not exposed to fear, where I am not led by anxiety, but where I am held firmly in Your presence. So I release what I cannot control. I release the tension I carried into this morning. I release the uncertainty that tries to lead my thoughts. I release it. And now, I receive. I receive Your protection. I receive Your strength. I receive the confidence that comes from trusting in You. I receive. You are my refuge. You are not distant from this day—you are already within it. You go before me, You walk beside me, and You remain with me in every moment I step into. So I rise. Not in fear. Not in doubt. But in trust. Under Your watch, I am protected. So I will not fear. Fear does not follow me into this rest. Fear does not remain where You are. Fear does not define this night. I rest in You. My mind settles. My body releases. My heart becomes still. Because You love me, I am not alone. Because You love me, I am secure. Because You love me, I can sleep in peace. Jesus, watch over this night. I trust You with what I cannot resolve on my own. I trust You. Because You love me, I am not forgotten. Because You love me, I am not without help. Because You love me, I can release what I have been holding. You sustain me. You carry what I cannot carry. Jesus, meet me here. Provide what is needed. Restore what feels stretched. I release the pressure. I release the need to hold everything together. I release it. And in its place, You give rest. Not distant rest, not temporary relief—but a deep, steady rest that settles within me. You quiet what feels loud. You steady what feels unsettled. You restore what feels drained. My mind returns to peace. My thoughts slow. My heart settles again in You. Even here, in the middle of this day, I find space to breathe. I am not overwhelmed. I am held.
