    Second, we restore autonomic balance, retraining your nervous system to shift out of sustained high alert and remember its natural capacity for calm. The body learns to access parasympathetic states again rather than remaining locked in sympathetic overdrive.

    This live Tong Ren group healing session addresses spinal dysfunction, cranial nerve blockages, hormonal regulation, and immune system patterns stuck in overdrive.


    Today's session supports those experiencing decision fatigue, brain fog, and chronic stress alongside nervous system imbalance. We work through cranial nerve blockages affecting nerves IX, X, and XII, and provide phrenic nerve support for fuller breathing. Deep, restorative sleep and insomnia regulation receive focused attention.


    Structural work addresses thoracic kyphosis, cervical spine disc herniations, herniated disc with arthritis and muscle and nerve pain in the neck, and overall spinal alignment. TMJ dysfunction and its related oral structures receive support. We address both knees for pain and degeneration, and work through bone metastasis patterns affecting the sacrum, T1, and right arm and shoulder.
