Just like when a flight attendant is giving the pre-flight safety instructions…put your oxygen mask on first and then you can help others. Take those important moments to care for and love yourself and then you will be ready to take care of those around you! Remember that being kind, caring and loving yourself are the steps forward to liking and loving who you are. When you enjoy your own company, it’s easy for others to enjoy your company as well.

I encourage you to look and see how you can serve someone else. Maybe you mow someone’s yard, shovel the snow from someone’s walkway, take out and put away someone’s trash cans, make and serve a meal to a family in need. As you already know, this list could go on and on. In whatever way you choose to serve, know that you are helping to make our world a better place. How cool is that!!!
