John Harris trained at Bournemouth College of Catering straight from school and his path through the hospitality industry has been eventful. From being one of the first development chefs for Catering and Allied, where he helped develop their ground breaking food strategy through the 1990’s, to becoming co-founder of The Good Eating Company in 1999, which built a reputation for food integrity and innovation within the London B&I market and later sold onto Sodexo. Today John is partner at hospitality consulting firm, Confab.
