In this episode, I start to talk a little bit about my goals from last year and how I ended the year as well as creating goals for the year 2025! I try to be as transparent as possible when it comes to what my goals mean and where that puts you in income for the year.

I also talk about how team numbers and individual numbers differ. Lastly, I speak on my prediction for the year and what that is going to look like for buyers, sellers, and interest rates. I've also reflected back on the past year and the waves of emotions we felt as interest rates were suppose to drop by never did!

Today, I interviewed Cesar Yanez with Compass Willow Glen. We talked about his pivot in working with investors and his off market property experiences. He's recently had really great success with finding pocket listings and off market properties. For investors, he's been having great success in getting into contract and presenting these amazing opportunities.
