 Reagan Rust spent most of her childhood in Mississippi with no access to professional trainers, AAA hockey programs, or even a girls hockey team, and struggled to find her own as a female athlete. Despite that, Reagan achieved her two primary goals: 1) Play NCAA Division I Ice Hockey 2) Play Professional Ice Hockey After spending 8 years playing at a top-tier high school, college and professional teams, she finally understood what it took to maximize her mind, body, and potential. She is now on a mission to empower the next generation of female athletes to become the best version of themselves not only in their sport but in the real world.
