Have you ever felt like something about your brain just isn’t the same—your memory, focus, or emotional resilience feels subtly off, accompanied by anxiety or a quiet heaviness you can’t quite name? In this deeply compassionate episode of Re-Think Aging, Dr. Cindy invites listeners into a wiser, more integrated understanding of brain health.

As a family physician with advanced training in functional medicine, Dr. Cindy explores the often-overlooked connections between anxiety, depression, and cognitive changes.
