Today, we are talking about courage, confidence, and living boldly. After 2022 almost completely destroyed my confidence and self-worth, and after a very disappointing holiday season, I knew I had 2 choices: 1. Keep living and feeling the way I was (insecure, stuck, small, unworthy), OR 2. I could step outside of my comfort zone, change my mindset, and make 2023 my happiest year yet.

I'm going to walk through my 2023 Word of the Year Notion page and chat about what courage means to me (and what it could mean for you).
