This message suggests there are other attributes that are more important than just looking good. Spirit also suggests that every situation or past abusive relationships was for a reason that will eventually add to her beauty once she decides to move on.

One day when Tony Gyenis was sitting in his kitchen looking outside enjoying nature in the fall through his window with the falling leaves. He then noticed a tree that had all the leaves off the branches except one leaf. One leaf was hanging on while the many thousands of other leaves have fallen off already. Tony talks about the parallel when it comes to life. Are you the type of person that would be that last leaf?

This episode touches on the human limits of our minds and expectations. Spirit says that you are a warrior but the question is do you feel like that? Tony Gyenis covers how anger takes over the body and your light leaves. The anger blocks so much insight to such as point that we don't know what we are doing. Protecting your light means that anger is the culprit. Tony gives several examples how anger pushes out your light and whatever happens after that is not you. Your anger is in charge if you let it. Listen to this in this podcast so you hear what this is referring to.

At times protecting your light is following your gut or your intuition. Spirit talks about your vocabulary is a powerful protecting mechanism. Your beliefs are so important because you can take darkness and turn it into light and Tony explains this process. Check it out.

This is an effective exercise to get you to address your energies to create a lighter more powerful you. While listening this podcast envision a large Drive-in movie size white screen or white board in front of you with thousands of nasty, degrading and disempowering words written in black.

All these words are directed to you by other energies of the past. In the podcast every time you hear the phrase "I Love You", see yourself with a whiteboard type brush or rag and wipe off an area of the screen removing the black words a little at a time. Whisper each word right after you hear it. This is a great mental and emotional release.

Tony Gyenis talks about solidarity which is strength. When anything is separated that is a weak link in the body or community. Spirit states to focus on abundance is difficult to avoid and you can't lose. Listen to the part where when things work backwards. If everything is negative that will happen as well.
