Dre Ceja (They/Them) joins us to talk about easy things we can do to provide affirming care for our transgender and non-binary patients. We will discuss simple changes you and staff can make when working with patient's pronouns, avoiding gender errors, understanding simple terms, and remembering that it doesn't always have to be about gender care.
