Welcome! Season 2! Omg! here we go.

In this episode, Its a bit heavy fyi, I officially close the book on some stuff briefly discussed last season regarding my former belief that I had a soul tie to someone I once called a friend.

What I truly believe all that was now, was me chasing a father wound In the form of another person and I talk a bit about why I believe this and how to move forward and the lessons I learned coming out the other side of that expierence and how it is all connected with me choosing to go no contact with my toxic extended family.

This episode will be the last and final episode I ever bring this person up in and discuss them again. This is also a hug and apology to myself and the last piece of the wake up call I needed to truly close this painful loop and put it behind me forever.

I also give yall life updates and discuss abit how I believe my OCD brain fit into my delusions the past two years.

I also give more depth into my healing and spirtual journey I have been on.

As well as discuss the importantance of meeting your significant other where they are at on their own healing journey or current lack of one, without judgment and criticism.

This was a very difficult episodes for me to do and decide to open up about.

This is me bravely choosing to heal out loud, live unapologetically in my truth and not suffer in silence any longer.

I finally did it! I got Tiger featured on an episode. I know this had been highly requested.

I am so damn proud of this amazing man for being so open and raw and standing unapologetically in his truth.

He never opens up to anyone like this unless it is me. I am so proud of him! I cannot express it enough.

This episode was not watered down, didn't hold back, as raw and real as you can get. We are operating from our lived expierences and truths.

It may upset some people, but we do not care.

"Silence them with your truth" is what Selena Gomez once said.

That is exactly what we did in this very special episode.

I love that we touched alot on men's mental health and trauma and childhood wounds from this males perspective. I hope we can open up with more conversations like this in the future. Men deserve the same safe space to speak their truth and open up and for us to shut up and listen and make them feel seen and heard.
