    • Why Your Calendar Predicts Your Income
      Feb 19 2026

Most agents think their income is unpredictable.
But what if I told you… your calendar already tells the truth about your business?

In this episode, I break down a concept that completely changed the way I look atgrowth, structure, and leadership:

Your calendar isn’t your schedule , it’s your business model.

After posting a reel about this, my DMs blew up… so I decided to go deeper and unpack why your daily structure predicts your revenue, your stress level, and even your long-term success.

If you feel like you’re working hard but still riding the roller coaster of inconsistent income… this conversation is going to hit differently.

I’m not here to give you another “time blocking hack.”
I’m showing you how Agent CEOs actually design their week so revenue becomes predictable, without burnout.

Because your goals don’t determine your results…
      Your calendar does.

Things I Cover In This Episode

      • Why your calendar is the most honest reflection of your business
      • How I can predict income just by looking at someone’s schedule
      • The difference between reactive calendars vs Agent CEO calendars
      • Why inconsistent structure creates inconsistent commissions
      • Revenue blocks, thinking time, and build time (and why they matter)
      • The real reason time blocking fails for most agents
      • Calendar boundaries and how they protect your income
      • Checklist vs time-blocking systems (for agents who hate rigid schedules)
      • How to create a predictable weekly operating rhythm
      • The shift from hustle-based schedules → structure-based growth

    • Why Most Agents Never Install What They Learn
      Feb 17 2026

Most agents aren’t stuck because they don’t know what to do.
They’re stuck because they never install what they already know.

In this episode, I’m breaking down one of the biggest bottlenecks I see with real estate agents and entrepreneurs today: staying in learning mode instead of moving into build mode.

      Learning feels safe.
      Learning feels productive.
But learning without installation doesn’t change your business.

If you’ve ever found yourself consuming content, saving posts, buying courses, attending trainings… yet still dealing with the same chaos, income swings, and pressure, this conversation is for you.

I’m not here to shame you or tell you to “try harder.”
I want to show you what’s actually happening structurally and how to fix it.

Because growth doesn’t come from more information.
      It comes from installed behavior.

🔧 Things I Cover in This Episode:

      • Why most agents don’t fail from lack of knowledge, but lack of installation
      • The difference between learning mode vs. build mode
      • Why learning feels productive but often isn’t profitable
      • How information overload keeps agents stuck in inaction
      • The real reason motivation doesn’t work (and what does instead)
      • Why waiting to feel ready is a trap
      • How installing too many systems at once sabotages progress
      • Why simplicity often creates more profit than complexity
      • Why implementation is a learnable skill, not a personality trait
      • A simple framework: Decide → Design → Install → Repeat
      • The identity shift required to scale: becoming someone who installs

If you’re tired of collecting information and ready to start building real structure in your business, I’ve created live and virtual workshops designed for one thing only: installation.

You won’t leave inspired, you’ll leave with something built.

And if this episode brought you value, share it with a friend or post it to your stories and tag me, I’d love to celebrate with you.

Until next time, keep taking bold action, stay aligned, and always Play Bigger. 🚀

    • From W-2 Job to 70+ House Flips in 24 Months (Real Estate Blueprint) with Gem Montero
      Feb 12 2026

      ⚖️ S.C.A.L.E Method guide for entrepreneurs 👉🏻https://www.joinplaybigger.com/scalemethod

In today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Gem Montero, a real estate investor in Arizona who came to the U.S. from the Philippines, worked a W-2 job, and went on to flip 200+ homes in just six years.

And this isn’t the HGTV highlight reel.

Gem gets real about what it actually takes to build that kind of momentum, the identity shift, the pressure of carrying risk, the deals that hurt, the mistakes that cost money, and the systems (and simplicity) that keep him scaling without drowning in chaos.

If you’re a real estate agent who wants to start investing or an aspiring investor who wants the truth behind the numbers, this conversation will challenge you in the best way.

Things I Cover in This Episode:

      • Gem’s journey from immigrant + W-2 employee to flipping 200+ homes
      • Who he had to become to build that level of success
      • How he found and funded his first deal (and why mentorship mattered)
      • The biggest misconception people have about flipping houses
      • The real risks of flipping that nobody shows on TV
      • What market shifts taught him (including the hard lessons from 2022)
      • The traits that matter most in investing: grit, risk tolerance, and decision speed
      • The “cheap” decisions that become the most expensive (roof, AC, cabinets, etc.)
      • Gem’s non-negotiables when analyzing deals (what’s an immediate no)
      • How he manages projects, contractors, and capacity without burnout
      • The best first step for agents who want to get into investing (house hacking + networking)
      • What it means to “Play Bigger” while staying grounded in family and values
