    • 27. Total Knee Replacement Quick Tips with NATHAN NORR
      Feb 2 2026

Hello Friends! Happy to have YOU here!

I have recently had the opportunity to evaluate and treat many total knees, and I wanted to take the chance to share my approach to the early rehabilitation process. I specifically focus on the first two sessions and overview the goals and timelines I set in therapy. I don't think that rehabbing a total knee needs to be difficult, although it can be frustrating at times with how slow the progress comes.

      Thanks for listening!
