À propos de ce contenu audio

Mental health is so complex and so personal. Notice how I said PERSONAL. It's not like visiting a doctor where we get to sit back and just let the doctor figure out what's wrong with us. It takes constant readjustment and open-mindedness to help find solutions to the conflicts that our brains throw at us. Join me on "Path Unforged" where we get advice from those with knowledge and experience to help us forge our own personal journey to a healthy mind.Brigham Haines 2022 Développement personnel Hygiène et vie saine Psychologie Psychologie et psychiatrie Réussite personnelle

  • Trusting your own Judgment
    Dec 10 2022

Being open-minded is one of the most difficult things for us to do. It is much easier to let other people or an ideology make the decisions for us. We shouldn't be so quick to put ourselves into a category. Maybe we are our own category, and we have to discover what defines us personally.
