• Pisces Season: The Spiritual Audit Before the New Year
    Feb 18 2026

    Send a text

Pisces season is not about escaping your life.
It’s about dissolving the identities that are no longer true.

We are at the end of the astrological year. Mutable water. Completion energy. A threshold between control and trust.

Before Aries lights the match on a new cycle, Pisces asks one thing:

    Where are you still gripping?

This episode is your guide to moving through Pisces season with sovereignty instead of confusion, especially for women ready to stop abandoning themselves and start trusting their inner authority.

In this episode, I break down:

    • What Pisces energy actually means (beyond the Pinterest aesthetic)
    • Why this season is a spiritual audit before the astrological new year
    • How to distinguish intuition from anxiety
    • Nervous system regulation before Fire Horse momentum accelerates
    • Pisces through the houses (by rising sign)
    • The Human Design lens on surrender vs. chasing
    • A personal story about full-body surrender during breathwork
    • How this season embodies Phase 1: Release inside Ignite Your Type 2.0

    This is not collapse energy.

This is surrender without losing power.

    Journal Prompts:

    • Where am I mistaking anxiety for intuition?
    • Where am I mistaking urgency for clarity?
    • What would surrender look like if I trusted myself?

  • Why Nothing Feels Clear Right Now (And Why That’s Not a Problem)
    Feb 11 2026

    Send a text

In this episode of Own Your Piece, I’m inviting you into a threshold moment, a collective pause that isn’t confusion, failure, or delay, but preparation.

If you’ve been waiting for clarity, this conversation may feel uncomfortable at first. That’s intentional. This isn’t about manifesting harder, forcing vision, or pushing your way forward. It’s about recognizing what’s ending, and learning how to trust your body as leadership recalibrates.

We explore why things feel foggy right now, how urgency has been driving fear-based leadership for decades, and what it means to move from efforting and control into surrender, flow, and co-creation. This episode is an anchor, a lighthouse for navigating uncertainty without rushing to fix it.

    Key Takeaways

    • Fog doesn’t mean you’re lost it means old strategies are no longer viable
    • Action without trust becomes force; vision without embodiment becomes fantasy
    • Control without clarity leads directly to burnout
    • Confusion demands resolution, but surrender allows recalibration
    • Urgency is fear-based leadership; true guidance emerges when urgency stops
    • Your body holds a deeper intelligence than your mind has been trained to trust
    • This is a pause before movement, not a void or failure
    • If nothing feels clear, it’s because your body is recalibrating leadership

Journal Prompts: Take these slowly, no rushing required.

    • Where are you still efforting for clarity?
    • What decision feels heavy because you’re trying to force certainty?
    • What happens if you let your body lead before your mind agrees?

If nothing feels clear right now, it’s because your body is recalibrating its leadership.

You’re not behind. You’re in between.

This is a season of learning how to move after control dissolves — how to trust what your body and soul already know, without overriding them with urgency or fear.

Next week, we’ll explore what aligned movement actually feels like, and how to tell the difference between true readiness and nervous system panic.

Until then, let this pause work on you.

    Much love, Andie

  • Your Nervous System Knows Before Your Mind Does (Here’s Why That Matters)
    Feb 4 2026

    Send us a text

Your nervous system speaks before your mind ever catches up.

In this episode of Own Your Piece, I explore what it really means when your body signals truth before language forms and why that’s not something to fix, suppress, or rationalize away.

We’re living in a moment personally and collectively where the pace we’ve been keeping is no longer sustainable. Anxiety, restlessness, fatigue, and tension aren’t failures. They’re intelligent responses to change, growth, and misalignment.

I talk about why nervous system regulation isn’t self-care fluff, it’s self-leadership. How the body processes truth faster than thought. And why learning to trust your body is the next evolution of authority, especially as we move into massive energetic shifts with new astrological, numerological, and collective cycles beginning.

This episode is an invitation to stop living from the neck up and start listening to the wisdom that’s already moving through you.

    Key Takeaways

    • Your nervous system is not broken, it’s responding accurately
    • Anxiety is often energy, not fear
    • Restlessness does not mean lack of purpose
    • Fatigue is a signal for integration, not laziness
    • The body communicates through sensation before thought
    • Red, yellow, and green body signals are real decision-making tools
    • You don’t need the full plan—only the next embodied step
    • Overthinking is often a learned protection, not intuition
    • Peace is not a reward, it’s a priority
    • True authority begins when you listen instead of override

    Chapters / Timestamps

00:00 – The nervous system knows before the mind
03:30 – Why anxiety isn’t always fear or failure
07:40 – Restlessness, growth, and collective transition
12:15 – New cycles, new beginnings, and embodied movement
17:10 – Why clarity comes from action, not overthinking
22:40 – Fatigue, rest, and letting the body catch up
27:55 – The body as intelligence: red, yellow, green signals
34:20 – Why the mind resists listening to the body
    41:10 – Overexplaining, boundaries, and self-abandonment
47:30 – Slowing down, peace, and redefining success
54:20 – Listening as quiet authority, not performance
58:40 – Closing: when the nervous system tells the truth first

If you’ve felt unsettled lately, nothing is wrong with you.

    Something is honest.

Your nervous system is responding to a truth your mind hasn’t fully caught up to yet. You don’t need to force clarity or rush resolution. You don’t need to explain yourself into safety.

You just need to stay present long enough to listen.

    That’s where real authority begins.
And that’s the kind of peace we’re choosing now.

  • The Last Book Written by a Human? Staying Human & Becoming Wise in the Age of AI (with Jeff Burningham)
    Jan 28 2026

    Send us a text

In this week’s episode of Own Your Piece, I sat down with entrepreneur and Human Design Reflector Jeff Burningham to explore what it truly means to stay human in the age of AI.

Our conversation is anchored around Jeff’s book, The Last Book Written by a Human: Becoming Wise in the Age of AI, but this isn’t a tech-heavy or fear-based discussion. It’s a deeper look at wisdom, meaning, and the crossroads humanity is standing at as technology evolves faster than our culture, institutions, and sense of identity.

Jeff shares how writing this book marked a shift from chronic doing into being, and how AI has become a powerful mirror reflecting our humanity back to us. We explore two emerging timelines: one where people become disembodied and lost in the machine, and another where we reclaim sovereignty, rebuild what’s broken, and return to what’s real.

This episode is an initiation. A call to step out of the cage of “should,” leave performance behind, and choose the middle way where AI becomes a tool that supports life, not something that replaces our humanity.

The question isn’t whether AI is coming.
It’s whether we’ll let it pull us away from ourselves… or help us remember who we are.

    Key Takeaways

    • AI is a mirror, not a master; it reflects what we feed it.
    • Intelligence is being commoditized; wisdom is embodied and lived.
    • Our anchors in this era are the body, nature, and real human relationships.
    • Old systems are collapsing because they no longer serve human flourishing.
    • For Pluto in Libra women, this is the lesson: stop choosing sides, start choosing truth.
    • The middle way—not rejection or worship is where wisdom lives.
    • Pattern breakers will face resistance. That doesn’t mean stop. It means you’re early.

If you’ve felt unsettled by how fast everything is changing, you’re not broken, you’re awake. You don’t have to choose fear or fantasy. You get to choose presence.

And if you feel the pull to break a pattern, speak a truth, or leave the cage behind, hear this: resistance often means you’re right on time.

Until next time, keep owning your piece.

  • Aquarius Season Is a Wake-Up Call: Stop Waiting for Permission
    Jan 21 2026

    Send us a text

In this episode of Own Your Piece, I dive into the transformative energy of Aquarius season and why this is not a feel-good transit; it’s a wake-up call. After moving through the structure and stability of Capricorn season, Aquarius arrives to disrupt patterns, challenge norms, and return us to our personal agency. This season asks a powerful question: Where are you still waiting for permission?

I explore the true archetype of Aquarius, breaking down common stereotypes and revealing its deeper energy, one that blends intellectual clarity with rebellion, freedom, and self-trust. Aquarius season is about leading from your own mind instead of reacting to the crowd, and choosing self-leadership over approval.

Throughout the episode, I share how this energy may show up practically in your life, why clarity follows action (not the other way around), and how overthinking can disguise playing small. I also walk through how Aquarius season activates each rising sign, offering reflective questions to help you identify where you’re being called to redefine, reclaim, and rebel in ways that serve your growth.

We end with grounded self-leadership practices to help you embody this energy, not just understand it, and a reminder that true leadership begins within. You don’t need permission. You need a decision.

    Takeaways

    • Aquarius season is about pattern disruption, perspective, and self-agency
    • Waiting for permission keeps us stuck. Bold action creates momentum
    • Aquarius energy invites us to challenge societal conditioning and outdated norms
    • Clarity is created through action, not endless thinking
    • Self-leadership begins with trusting yourself and owning your decisions

  • Your Body Isn’t One-Size-Fits-All: Ayurveda, Doshas + Personalized Wellness With Kim Srisark
    Jan 14 2026

    Send us a text

In this episode of Own Your Piece, I sit down with Kim Srisark, founder of Eleve Era Wellness, to talk about Ayurveda (Ayurvedic medicine), aka one of the oldest medical systems in the world (5,000+ years of “your body is not a one-size-fits-all science”).

Kim shares her powerful personal transformation, how a sudden, brutal divorce cracked her world open, and how Ayurveda became the tool that helped her rebuild her health, calm her nervous system, and fully come back to herself.

We get into the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), how your unique makeup impacts everything from digestion to anxiety to motivation, and why food + routine + rest are the real main characters of long-term wellness.

    Takeaways

    • Ayurveda is the “science of life” and focuses on preventing disease by keeping the body in balance.
    • The doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) reflect your body’s unique combination of the five elements: space, air, fire, water, earth.
    • Your body is bio-individual, what works for someone else may not work for you (and you’re not broken if it doesn’t).
    • Food is foundational: what you eat, how you eat, and when you eat impacts balance, digestion, inflammation, mood, and energy.
    • Pitta (fire + water) can look like ambition + intensity; imbalance can show up as inflammation, reflux, irritability, or burnout.
    • Vata (space + air) can look like movement + creativity; imbalance can show up as anxiety, scattered energy, or overstimulation.
    • Kapha (earth + water) can look like grounded + steady; imbalance can show up as stagnation, low motivation, heaviness, depression.
    • Ayurveda can work alongside modern medicine; it’s not either/or; it’s integration and support.
    • Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is rest and not the doom-scroll kind. The “sit and exist” kind.
    • Your wellness path gets way easier when you stop chasing trends and start asking: “What does my body need today?”

  • Finding Freedom in Authenticity | Self-Love, Healing, Nervous System Regulation + Beauty Standards with Melissa Watts
    Jan 7 2026

    Send us a text

Hi friends, today’s episode is such a full-circle moment for me.

I’m sitting down with a blast from my past, Melissa Watts. We became fast friends back when I lived in Las Vegas (yes, that really happened 😅), and even though life pulled us in different directions, we’ve somehow kept circling the same energetic “rooms” over the years.

Melissa is the founder of Lash Bar (and so much more than what you might assume from “beauty industry” on paper). This conversation surprised me in the best ways. It’s honest, deep, funny, tender, and it hits on something I know so many of us are navigating right now:

How do we come back to ourselves… without shame, without performance, and without needing our life to look a certain way to be valid?

In This Episode, We Talk About:

    • Why life doesn’t have to follow the “prescribed path” (especially in places where it feels like everyone’s timeline looks the same)
    • Melissa’s inside-out practice for self-love: noticing what you’re reaching for externally, and learning how to meet that need internally
    • How environment impacts self-perception (and why some spaces feel more “free” in your body than others)
    • Nervous system regulation, emotional pendulums, and the power of actually sitting with what’s real
    • Beauty standards, self-worth, and the difference between “enhancing for fun” vs. “performing for approval.”
    • Plant medicine, intuition, and why sacred work requires grounded facilitation (not random “concert mushrooms,” please 😅)
    • Giving yourself permission to be bad at something, and still keep going
    • The magic of trusting the pull, even when it doesn’t make logical sense
    • The freedom that comes when you stop trying to be who you were told you are

    My Favorite Takeaways

    • Focus on what nourishes you.
    • Self-love can be cultivated from within; it doesn’t have to be earned externally.
    • Vulnerability is strength, not weakness.
    • Everything is energy, including the way you speak to yourself.
    • Your intuition is louder than anyone else’s opinion… if you get quiet enough to hear it.
    • It’s okay to pivot. It’s okay to change your mind. It’s okay to become someone new.
    • You don’t need an hour a day to come back to yourself; even one minute counts.

As you listen, I want you to ask yourself one question (no pressure, no perfection):
Where am I still performing… instead of being?

And if you’re in a season where you can’t “do a lot,” start small.
One minute. One breath. One moment of coming home to yourself.

Because the clearest voice in your life should be yours.
