À propos de ce contenu audio
In Episode 4 of Transitions of Hope, Maryann Roefaro explores the meaning of oneness and why it matters in everyday life. She shares how separation thinking can feed the ego, create fear-based emotions, and reinforce the illusion that we are somehow disconnected from the divine, from one another, and from the greater purpose of our lives. Maryann explains that oneness is not just a spiritual idea, it is a way of living that helps us choose potential over limitation, strengthen our resilience, and stay grounded in love and compassion.
In the second half of the episode, she introduces key levels of consciousness, including conscious awareness, the subconscious mind as a record system, and the superconscious or higher wisdom we can access through stillness and meditation. Drawing from her experience as a heart-centered hypnotherapist, Maryann highlights how old programming, past experiences, and even unresolved patterns from other lifetimes can influence us today, and how reconnecting inward helps us find clarity, discernment, and healing. As always, she closes with an invitation to clear inner clutter, live from love, and make the world a better place from the inside out.
