À propos de ce contenu audio
It's been one year since the start of the global pandemic that upended our day to day lives, and there is no denying that the world of work has changed remarkably.
We asked a few of our clients to share their experience of the last year, talking about how their industry has changed and adapted, and their thoughts and plans for the future.
Join Kate Garbett as she talks to Mandy Piper-Killick, People Director at St Christopher's Hospice, about how the past year has affected her industry, and what St Christopher's plans are for the future.
With over 25 years’ experience of working in Human Resources, Mandy is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and for the past six years has been the Director of People & OD and member of the Executive Team at St Christopher’s, an end of life care charity based in Southeast London supporting in the region of 7000 patients every year, across 5 London Boroughs.
Mandy is ably supported by her People and Volunteering Directorate, who together support a combined volunteer and staff workforce of around 1800 people. Mandy has also been a Governor and Trustee of a Single Academy Trust for the past 10 years. With a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Level 7 CIPD qualification in Organisational Design and Development, Mandy is also an accredited ACAS Workplace Mediator and is currently part way through her training and assessment to become an Executive Coach and Mentor, through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
