    • Do I have ADHD? Is my child dyslexic?
      Oct 12 2023

Have you ever suspected that you or your or child may have undiagnosed dyslexia or ADHD? What would be the signs to look out for and how could you help them manage this neuro-diversity?

We spoke to Alanna O'Connor, a speech and language therapist who was herself only diagnosed with dyslexia as an undergraduate and then with ADHD as an adult in her late twenties. She shared her experience and the emotional impact of both conditions with us, whilst offering some really useful advice for parents.
