    NGAdvocate Podcast 9 In this episode we go over the huge December 11th Board of Commissioners meeting. It was a very explosive meeting. The commissioners, the crowd, the developers. It had it all but a street fight. They didn't even touch the planning commission debacle that is scheduled for a hearing on the 17th of this month. We dig into the "3 Amigos" and their betrayal of the people with their votes to approve the Cagle Mill Road subdivision and the Winder Highway project was denied once, but courts forced the BOC to hear it again. . The Data Center got pulled from consideration and they asked to be rezoned "Light Industrial" We delve into why. We also get into the hearing for the accused Planning Commission members. The special injunction hearing in Superior Court that was held on the 15th to try to stop the hearing from happening. The hearing is set for December 17th at 9 A.M at the Hall County Government Center. Chris Braswell, Stan Hunt and Frank Sosebee could be replaced or more at this hearing.
