The grilled salmon stand was founded with the idea of providing folks with a healthy version of an excellent juicy burger, leaving them with a taste they'll never forget, so what's better than fresh, never frozen salmon made into a patty. 

When I first launched in March 2019, I had no idea how quickly we would expand. So immediately, I thought of the idea of not only catering to pescetarian's or healthy eaters but also wanting to cater to people who have gluten allergies by offering them a gluten-free version.
