What about the Pledge of Allegiance? What about “and to the republic for which it stands…”? What about ”and liberty and justice for all”? We agree with Trump that the name “Republicans” isn’t accurate any more for his “going forward from this point” followers. But we want to suggest a more accurate and useful name for his going-forward party instead of his suggestion of “Trumplicans”, or the inaccurate MAGA slogan.
