Good morning. New Hampshire. I'm DJ Huzz. That crisp blue sky you're seeing? Don't get too attached. We're about to flip the script. In the next 24 hours. Right now it's 25 degrees and clear. But clouds are already rolling in as a cold front slides south. You'll hit 40 degrees this morning across southern and central New Hampshire, then watch the thermometer fall backward as cold air floods in from the northeast. Here's where it gets messy. Snow develops around 4 P.M. Down south, 5 P.M. In the central areas. The White Mountains stay dry until about 9 P.M. Tonight's the tricky part. Southern New Hampshire gets hit with a wintry mix — snow, sleet, freezing rain — adding up to 1 to 3 inches. You'll drop to 26 degrees. Central areas see similar snow totals with lows around 23. The White Mountains pick up about an inch with temperatures falling to 19. A Winter Weather Advisory kicks in at 6 P.M. Tonight and runs through 1 P.M. Friday for Cheshire. Hillsborough. And points south. That Friday morning commute could be a skating rink on untreated roads. Friday keeps the snow chances alive with another 1 to 3 inches possible in the south. Highs barely crack the mid 30s. Freezing drizzle might linger into Saturday morning. Then the weekend turns everything around. Saturday brings 50 degrees. Sunday hits 54 with partly sunny skies. And next week? We're talking 60s. Tuesday could touch 65 — nearly 20 degrees above normal for early March. Spring equinox is just two weeks out. And next week's warmth will feel like a preview. Give your windshield wipers a test run tonight. You're going to need them. For the extended outlook, check the latest forecast as confidence improves. That's your forecast — we'll be back tomorrow.
