    This week I'm joined by Natasha Sidoti — naturopath, herbalist, and one of the most quietly perceptive practitioners I've spoken with. We explore the role herbal medicine plays in giving the nervous system a genuine reprieve, the herbs she reaches for first, the vagus nerve and breath, and what she calls a relationship with the plants — something that sounds unusual to a Western ear, and makes complete sense once she explains it.
