In this NSA 101 podcast, I go over several common loan documents for aspiring notary signing agents. Listen as I read aloud the title of the document and then briefly state its general purpose. I try to repeat each twice. These are examples of what I might say to borrowers as I am presenting the loan document at a loan signing appointment.
In real life, the notary signing agent would also indicate how many pages were in each loan document and of course must point out to their signers PRECISELY WHERE in the loan documents they are expected to sign, initial, date, make choices, or to provide information, etc. The duplication in this podcast is for learning purposes only, so that you may listen, then pause the recording and repeat after me, then continue. This podcast does not represent every single loan document that exists, but it contains a healthy sampling, more than sufficient to get you started in your notary signing agent training.
If you feel overwhelmed, memorize critical loan documents first, then go from there.
