Greg Barns SC is a leading criminal barrister, former political advisor, and author. We first examine the appeal against the extradition to the United States of Julian Assange, who Greg first advised more than 10 years ago. He was one of the first to raise his voice against the Robodebt scheme which he fell upon as a part-time member of the now defunct Administrative Appeals Tribunal. He has written extensively on issues such as automated decision-making, child welfare, and health law.
