We have to accept that we may have silly and weird fears, and that something that may be easy for others may be difficult for us without getting mad at ourselves for it. I can find it hard to clean my room, but that's okay, I don't need to call me stupid because of it. No one should be mad becasue they struggle with something the world think is easy.

In this episode we're doing a challenge: I'm making myself a morning routine that I hopefully will stick to. We're searching for the best morning routines for someone with ADHD and how we can do it for more than one day.
