In this episode, I’m sharing my real journey of starting over, from the moment my life shifted after divorce to stepping into a brand-new position now. No guests. No filters. Just me being honest about the seasons when my confidence was low, when I questioned myself as a woman, and when I quietly wondered if I was failing as a mom.

I talk about what it actually feels like to rebuild when you’re tired, scared, and unsure... and the practical things that helped me get through the down times. The mindset shifts, the small habits, the grace I had to learn to give myself, and the reminder that where you are right now is not where you’ll stay.
