This week, I decided to go on a deep detox - not only physically, but also emotionally and mentally.
I chose to take a break from social media, let go of negative self-talk, release perfectionism in both my work and my healing journey… and also cut out things like coffee, sugar, gluten, and more.
In this episode, I share what this process has brought up for me so far — the thoughts, the emotions, and the realizations that have surfaced along the way.
And i have a feeling is gonna be a lot deeper than I expected…
