Hello, everyone, and welcome to Music, Marriage and Motherhood. I'm Hannah Adikari. And today I want to talk about something called hitting pause. Sometimes we can feel like life as we used to know it has come to a screeching halt. Either in our relationships, hobbies, that used to bring us joy, or maybe even our jobs, which is the case for me. Today, I want to talk about the art of viewing these halts in life as only hitting pause. What if instead of viewing life changes as when you stopped, we can view them in as a rest period until we hit play once again.

Hi, everybody, and welcome to Music, Marriage, and Motherhood. I'm Hannah Adhikari, and today I am just sitting outside at the moment drinking some peppermint coffee. Yes, I know it is not even October yet, as I'm recording this, but I just felt like drinking some Christmasy coffee! I don't know why.

So anyway, I'm just drinking my coffee and sitting outside, just basking in the morning sun a little bit... And I started thinking about change and how much my life is going to be changing very soon. I'm 31 weeks pregnant today, and me and my husband are working on his medical school applications. And it's just all becoming pretty real, pretty fast. So, join me today, as I talk a little bit about change...
