And in this special series, we’re going to take you behind the scenes of this global gathering, where again and again, since 1963, history has been made. In this episode, host Jessie Graham takes a look back at the 2003 conference, when German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer confronted U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld. Rumsfeld was making a case for European nations to join the United States in a coalition against Iraq.
