À propos de ce contenu audio

Mostly Aligned is my cozy, slightly chaotic corner where we figure life out… mostly.

I’m Lola — herbal tea alchemist, story-weaver, and someone learning to fully trust the Universe even when life feels messy. Here, I share my journey of starting over, navigating life’s twists and turns, and slowly finding my way back to myself — one messy, meaningful step at a time.

The only thing you can expect here is literally the unexpected: intuitive nudges, energetic healing, grounding rituals, rest, reflection, momentum, full-circle moments, and the occasional cosmic detour. This is a space for noticing the small shifts, celebrating the wins, and learning that action doesn’t always have to be loud to matter.

No perfection here — just curiosity, presence, and the reminder that being mostly aligned is more than enough. Grab your favorite bevy, settle in, and let’s begin

    • EP12: Finding My Voice — Speaking from Love as a Latina American Woman
      Feb 12 2026

In this episode, I share my personal experiences as a Latina American woman navigating fear, culture, and identity in today’s U.S. climate. I talk about reconnecting with my heritage, reflecting on what it means to honor my roots, and finding the courage to speak up — even when it feels risky.

We dive into the idea of speaking from love versus responding from fear or anger, inspired by moments like Bad Bunny’s Grammy speech and Super Bowl performance. I also share the small rituals that help me stay grounded: journaling, connecting with family, and leaning into my spiritual practices.

This episode is for anyone exploring cultural identity, self-expression, personal growth, and mindful action. I invite you to reflect on what “speaking from love” could look like in your own life and how small, intentional actions can create alignment, courage, and power in everyday moments.

Whether you’re navigating identity, facing fear, or learning to stay aligned in a loud world, this episode offers guidance, reflection, and encouragement to embrace your voice with intention and humanity.

So grab your favorite bevy, settle in, and lets begin

    • EP11:Choosing Momentum over Perfection: Welcome to Season 2!
      Jan 29 2026

Season two of Mostly Aligned starts here — and this chapter is about action.

In this episode, I’m reflecting on the shift from season one’s deep introspection into something more embodied and lived. From full, love-filled holidays to getting sick alone, healing my body, and finding clarity in the least aesthetic moments, this episode is about choosing quiet momentum over perfection.

This season isn’t about loud resets or “hot girl” transformations. It’s about wiping down the sink when you’re exhausted, leaving your phone at home on a dog walk, feeding yourself something decent, and showing up even when life feels unfinished.

I share what turning 35 is teaching me — not as goals or resolutions, but as values I’m actually living by. Trusting my body. Respecting my capacity. Letting go of what falls away without over-explaining it. And choosing to participate in my life instead of waiting to feel ready.

If you’re in that in-between space — where the old way doesn’t fit anymore, but the new way hasn’t fully landed — this episode is for you. This isn’t failure. It’s transition.

Welcome to season two. We’re still gentle — just more grounded.

Thanks for hanging out with me on Mostly Aligned.
